How to Use MyAFSB Feature

This feature is designed to help you quickly sort through all the shows in your subscription, mark the ones that interest you most, and create a personal list. It makes planning your schedule faster, easier, and more efficient.

How to get the most from this essential AFSB tool:

• Log in and search “Entire United States” to see all the shows in your subscription.
• The list defaults to Start Date, but you can sort by any column at the top. Try RankFA or RankFC to see top-selling shows for your medium.
• Check the MyAFSB box to add events to your personal list, then use the dropdown to mark their status (Considering, Applied, Accepted, Paid, Rejected, Declined, or Wait Listed).
• Once you’ve selected all the events you want to consider, click the Artists tab in the top menu and choose MyAFSB. This will show your personal, customized list of events to review and plan for your season.
• Click any Event Name to go to that event’s Detail Page. At the bottom, you’ll find a space for your personal notes, use it to track anything you want to remember, like application dates, booth numbers, images submitted, application status, hotel or restaurant tips, parking info, and more.
• Set up your AFSB Automated Email Reminder System to get notices for up to 5 important dates: Applications Available, Application Deadline, Jury Notification, Balance Due, and Refund Deadline, plus a reminder for when it’s time to head to the show! Reminders start 6 weeks before each date and arrive every Monday morning to help you stay on track and avoid costly mistakes.
• AFSB Income Calculator: Enter your sales and expenses after a show to see your bottom line.

To quickly access your personal My AFSB list from anywhere on the site, click the Artists tab in the top menu and select AFSB, and you’re right back to your shows.

Adding or removing events is easy: just check or uncheck the box in the far-right column. Once your personal list is set, you’ll have fewer shows to sort through each time you’re planning or applying.
